LAKE CITY, Fla. – Monday, officials from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announced the start of a month-long campaign focused on reminding drivers to be mindful of not littering while traveling along Florida’s roadways. The initiative was created due to an increased presence of trash and debris on the interstate systems in Northeast Florida.
