2) Approval of March 8th regular monthly City Council meeting minutes

3) Public Comments (comments limited to 3 minutes) Notice: Speakers will be allowed to speak on items listed within this agenda following recognition by the Council President. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes each, so all who wish to speak will be provided an opportunity

6) City Manager, George Curtis A. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-13, a resolution authorizing the execution of a lease agreement with Live Oak, Suwannee County Recreation Board

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-14, a resolution authorizing the appropriation of Utility Reserve Funds

C. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-15, a resolution authorizing the use of Sewer Repair Reserve Funds

D. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-16, a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement with Suwannee County, Florida: providing for the provision of Mutual or automatic assistance for fire protection services

E. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2022-17, a resolution authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Suwannee River Water Management District; providing for cost share assistance for the Maple Street potable water improvements; providing for the City’s share of the costs to not exceed $15,225.00

F. Discussion with possible Council action pertaining to an application for the removal of Heritage Live Oak trees on parcels along 11th Street, northwest of the round-a-bout.

Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1476, an ordinance amending the Zoning District to 0.501 acres (MOL) of land on the official Zoning Atlas of the City of Live Oak Land Development Regulations, pursuant to an application, LDR 22-1, providing for a change in the assigned zoning district from RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY / MANUFACTURED HOME – Three (RSF/MH-3) to RESIDENTIAL – OFFICE (R-O),
