Jasper, Fla., – During their 29th Anniversary celebration, recently, Harvest Fellowship Church, of Jasper, Florida, announced that after embarking on an $800,000 expansion that began in 2006, through donations by the people and leadership that God has provided, the balance of the mortgage on the building was being paid off eleven years early, even in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Pastor Danny Henderson announced he was mailing the final check that Monday, and the church today is debt-free.

They celebrated with a catered luncheon after the service where everyone enjoyed fried chicken, roast pork and all the trimmings.

“Charlotte and I are so honored to be the pastors of this great church. To God be the glory!” Pastor Henderson said. “Our future has never looked brighter or more powerful as we continue to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ locally and abroad. Oh what a future we have!”

He attributes much of their success to their unwavering support of the mission field in the U.S. and around the world. In their sanctuary, nearly thirty flags are hung on the back walls that represent the countries they sow into. Pastor Henderson is a firm believer that whatever you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. They normally fund the building of one or two churches each year in different countries, give to many missionaries and support Israel.

Since 2020, Pastor Henderson said the Lord told him to begin to sow into a pastor’s life each month.

“Pastors from all different callings and denominations, it has nothing to do with it. As God puts people in front of us, we know who to sow into.” He said being debt-free will allow them the opportunity to do more. “Through this, God has so blessed us that we have been able to pay off our mortgage early. It’s all about expanding your gleaning fields.”

Pastor Henderson was asked a few months ago, by another pastor with a Christian network, if he would be interested in preaching for the people of Pakistan via Zoom TV. He agreed and after three sessions, the Pakistanis informed him that through his preaching, more than 800 people gave their lives to Christ and over 600 miracles and confirmed healings have taken place.

His willingness to preach to the Pakistanis has opened another door. Sunday evening, October 3, 2021, Pastor Henderson has been invited to speak on a live TV network that is carried by 2500 satellite stations. This network covers all of Central America and South America, potentially reaching 100 million people.

“How God is doing this, I just don’t know, I just don’t know,” he stated. “To God be the glory.”

He has also been asked to be a guest on The Gospel Program, aired by King Television network, that ministers to Pakistan.

Pastor Henderson, along with his wife, Charlotte, and members of the church are looking forward to the future as Harvest’s debt-free status will make room for many more opportunities to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
