1) Approval of the Agenda with any additions, deletions or changes (motion to approve)

2) Final Budget Hearing

A. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1467, an ordinance adopting the City of Live Oak millage rate for the levy of Ad Valorem taxes for FY 2021-22 (open floor for public comment or questions)

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1468, an ordinance adopting the City of Live Oak operating budget for FY 2021-22 (open floor for public comment or questions)

3) Public Comments (comments limited to 3 minutes) Notice: Speakers will be allowed to speak on items listed within this agenda following recognition by the Council President. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes each, so all who wish to speak will be provided an opportunity

4) City Manager, George Curtis A. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1466, an ordinance adjusting utility rates referenced in Chapter 62, Article II, Solid Waste Collection and Disposal of the Code of Ordinances

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 2021-36, a resolution authorizing the city to enter into a Gas Service Agreement with Florida Gas Utility, a public body corporate and politic formed pursuant to the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act.
