CONSENT:

  1. Approval of payment of processed invoices.

  1. Adoption of Preliminary Rate Resolution for Fire Protection Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22.

  1. Adoption of Preliminary Rate Resolution for Solid Waste Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22.

  1. Approval of Transfer and Maintenance Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation for 180th Street Little River Bridge replacement and adoption of enabling resolution.

  1. Approval to continue current rate of health insurance contribution for employees enrolled in HSA policy for Fiscal year 2021-22.

  1. Authorize County Administrator and County Attorney to execute grant agreement from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a design-only project at Suwannee County Airport to rehabilitate taxiway A and taxiway connectors (#3-12-0043-016-2021) and authorize staff to execute any other necessary documents.

  1. Authorization to purchase new fuel system from FluidSecure.

  1. Authorize County Administrator to submit a grant application for $25M proposed project to improve internet technology across the County.

  1. Authorize staff to advertise for bids or proposals for hauling of solid waste.

  1. Award Request for Proposal and authorize Chairman to execute agreement with Engineering Solutions International (ESI) for maintenance, service, and repair of water and wastewater utilities, pending County Attorney review. (RFP 2021-17, opened July 20, 2021)

  1. Award bid and authorize Chairman to execute agreement with CDM Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $374,935.90 for construction of sidewalks on SR20 (US27), SR247, Craven St., Houston Ave in various locations.  The County has received concurrence from FDOT.
