Live Oak, Fla., – After breakfast very early this morning, crews fanned out again across SVEC’s 2,100 square mile service territory to restore power to the 1,158 consumers still out as of 5:00 a.m.
The crews from SVEC, contractors and mutual-aid cooperatives restored power to 11,369 consumers yesterday and last night.
Our Goal is to get everyone who can receive service back on today. Restoration of service to homes damaged by the storm may take longer.
Power Restored to Over 11,000 as Work Continues
Live Oak, Florida – July 8, 2021 – After breakfast very early this morning, crews fanned out again across Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative’s 2,100 square mile service territory to restore power to the 1,158 consumers still out as of 5:00 a.m. The crews from Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative, contractors and mutual-aid cooperatives restored power to 11,369 consumers yesterday and last night.
