Live Oak Garden Club Launches 2025 Caladium Bulb Sale

Proceeds To Support Community Youth
Submitted - The Live Oak Garden Club urges members of the community to support our Annual CALADIUM Sale this year. These beautiful plants are happy anywhere in your yard or in pots. Twelve different varieties are offered from shade-loving to sun-loving and anywhere in between.
The proceeds from this sale, as well as others like our Spring Bazaar and Fall Bazaar Plant Sales, fund projects in our community and help fund the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs youth projects that this club supports. Florida Garden Clubs have sent hundreds of youths from 1st through 6th grades to camp in Longwood, FL at Camp Wekiva. Our club sends Suwannee County High School students to an environmental conference, SEEK (Savings Earth’s Environment Through Knowledge) held each summer in Ocala. Scholarships are also available for seniors entering a Florida college/university for all levels of college coursework that meet our objectives.
When you order CALADIUMS this year, you support our community and our youth. The price is $1 per bulb; orders must be in groups of 5 of a variety. Three bulbs in a pot make a huge, showy addition to your porch or patio. Orders should be in by March 31, and pickup will be around middle of April, just in time for planting in this area.
