Gov. DeSantis appoints Emil “Clayton” Lyons to Baker County School Board

Last week, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Emil “Clayton” Lyons to the School Board of Baker County.

Emil “Clayton” Lyons, of Macclenny, is an Accountant and Auditor for Lyons and Lyons, CPA. Active in his community, he is the Co-Chair of the Swine in the Pines Show, a member of the Baker County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, and the recipient of the Honorary Chapter Degree from the Baker County High School Future Farmers of America Chapter in 2024. Lyons earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Florida.
